This Privacy Policy explains how the Tejovchi mobile application ("Tejovchi", "the app", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. Tejovchi is a personal finance management app that helps you track your income, expenses, debts, and savings goals. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: when you register or sign in (including with Google Sign-In), we collect your email address and display name to create and secure your account.
Financial data you enter: transactions (amount, category, note, date), debts, savings goals, recurring payments, and watchlists. This data is what you choose to record in the app.
Support communications: when you submit a support request, we collect your message, subject, category, your email, and basic device information to respond to you.
Device & technical data: app version, device platform, anonymous identifiers, crash reports, and usage analytics, used to keep the app stable and improve it.

2. Permissions We Use

Microphone — optional voice input to add transactions by speaking. Audio is processed to recognize text and is not stored by us.
Camera / Photos — optional receipt scanning. Text is recognized on your device; we do not upload your photos unless you explicitly attach them.
Notifications — to send you reminders and budget alerts.
Internet — to sync your data and fetch currency and crypto rates.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide the core service: recording and displaying your finances.
To sync your data securely across your devices.
To send reminders, budget limit alerts, and respond to support requests.
To diagnose crashes and improve performance and features.

4. How Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage). Each user's data is isolated and protected by security rules so that only you (and, for support and abuse-prevention purposes, the app administrator) can access it. Data is encrypted in transit.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following service providers, which process data on our behalf according to their own privacy policies:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics) — Firebase Privacy
Google Sign-In — Google Privacy Policy
Currency and cryptocurrency rate providers (read-only public price data).
Telegram — only if you use Tejovchi through the Telegram mini-app, to link your account and send reminders.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal or financial data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. Data is only processed by the service providers listed above to operate the app.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and all associated financial data (transactions, debts, goals, and related records) from our systems.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures provided by Google Firebase, including authentication, per-user access rules, and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Children's Privacy

Tejovchi is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Your Rights

You can access and edit your data in the app, and delete your account and data at any time. For any privacy request, contact us using the details below.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
